With fire and light
From New York to Dubai
Behind Vertical Design
WHO ARE WE?
I’m Charlotte de Belle, a French neon artist who fell in love with fire, glass, and glow in New York. That obsession grew into my own art studio, Vertical Design, based in Dubai. Here, neon and LED aren’t signage; they’re art for walls, for spaces, for living with.
Why Vertical?
Because our work belongs on vertical surfaces, walls that speak, walls that stand tall, walls that aim for the sky.
Vertical Design is about creating art that lifts a space and makes a home or business stand out from the ordinary. It’s not flat décor. It’s presence.
Design & Vision
Creation starts in our studio
Every design begins in our Dubai studio, imagined by our team of artists and designers. Each piece carries our vision for light, reflection, and bold storytelling.
Handcrafted Production
Made by hand, step by step
Our glass neon is bent by hand in our Al Quoz workshop, heated, shaped, filled and finished, one tube at a time. Our LED and acrylic lights are designed here and produced to our specification. Different crafts, same standard.
Every light that leaves here is worked by hand, bending, cutting, wiring, assembling, painting, finishing, because detail matters.
Sourcing & Quality Control
Built to last
We source our glass in New York and our transformers from specialist makers in California and Italy. Our LED and acrylic are made to a specification we wrote ourselves, and it took years to find anyone who would hold it.
Craft that glows different
From one-of-a-kind artworks to monumental installations, I bend light into emotion. Every piece is handmade, bold, and personal. Over the years, I’ve created for private collectors, brands, and public spaces — always pushing the limits of what neon and LED can be.
"We don't see projects; we see art.
Whether you're an individual with a personal vision or a company with a major installation in mind, we're here to help you create something lasting."
Charlotte de Belle
Sharing the glow
Our love for neon doesn’t stop with what we make. At Vertical, we host the only neon workshop in the region, a place where anyone can experience the fire, the bending, the magic. Because art isn’t just something to look at. It’s something to feel.
